Your delightful journey with us is governed by the following terms and conditions. We request you to kindly go through these points before embarking on your adventure:

• Hotel Check-In and Check-Out: The standard check-in time at hotels is 12 PM, and check-out time is 9 AM. Please plan your travel accordingly.
• Meals: Meals beyond those explicitly mentioned in the package are not included.
• Transportation: Vehicle arrangements will be based on the size of your group to ensure comfortable travel.
• Monument Fees and Camera Charges: Entry fees to monuments and camera charges are not part of the package.
• Child Policy: Children aged 5 and above are considered adults for booking purposes.
• Mandatory ID: A valid government-approved ID is mandatory during booking and upon arrival. Please note that a PAN card will not be considered a valid address proof.
• Blackout Dates: Prices may significantly vary during blackout dates (such as Diwali, Christmas, New Year's, etc.). For accurate rates during these periods, please connect with us directly.
• Seasonal Variations: Prices may fluctuate based on the season and the daily traveler count in hilly regions due to limited hotel availability.
• Property Damages: Any breakage or damage to hotel/resort/camp property will be charged at actuals.
• Itinerary Changes: Any route deviations at the customer's request will incur charges on a per-kilometer basis.
• Personal Expenses: Incidental expenses like portages, tips, laundry, and mineral water are not covered in the package cost.
• Itinerary Alterations: TCC reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, political unrest, etc.
• Additional Charges: In situations beyond TCC's control, any rescheduling may incur extra charges for accommodation and/or transportation.
• Travel Insurance: Travel insurance is not provided as part of the package. We recommend you arrange your own insurance coverage.
• Mid-Trip Departures: If a traveler decides to leave the trip midway, all expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor TCC will be held responsible for such decisions or any refunds.
• Adventure Activities: Extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars are not included in the tour unless explicitly specified in the product's inclusions.
• Booking Confirmation: Booking confirmation is subject to availability and can only be considered final upon receiving full payment.
• Responsible Travel: We encourage responsible and respectful behavior towards local culture, traditions, and the environment during your journey.
• Payment: Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

• If cancellation is made 30 days before the date of travel, then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation is made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
• If cancellation is made 0 days to 15 days before the date of travel, then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days.
